The Pickleball Universe – Court Reservation Disclosure
At The Pickleball Universe, an exclusive pickleball club, our goal is to provide fair and consistent access to courts for all members while also supporting leagues, events, and the long-term growth of our club in the Las Vegas pickleball community.
Please review the following reservation policies:
Court Reservations
Members may reserve courts through the CourtReserve system in accordance with their membership privileges, taking advantage of the pickleball membership benefits we offer. Reservation windows, duration, and limits are designed to ensure equitable access for all members.
Leagues and Programs
Certain courts will be blocked in advance to accommodate league play, clinics, and instructional programs. These recurring reservations will be visible in the CourtReserve calendar and will not be available for general booking.
Private Events
From time to time, The Pickleball Universe may close part or all of the facility for private events (e.g., corporate rentals, community events, or celebrations). We are committed to scheduling private events in a way that minimizes disruption to members and ensures that ample reservation availability remains during peak play hours. Notice of private events and closures will be communicated in advance via CourtReserve and/or email.
Fair Access Commitment
As our community grows, we will continue to review and adjust court allocation to ensure fair access for members. Our goal is to balance member reservations, league commitments, and special events so that every player has an opportunity to enjoy the club.
By maintaining a fair balance between member play, league scheduling, and private events, The Pickleball Universe ensures the best possible experience for both our members and guests.
